Imagine fixing up a one-story 4-bedroom 4.5 bath one story home for your daughters to have a safe and comfortable haven for their last 3 years at Baylor. This is it! There are two water heaters for plenty of hot water, an inside laundry room with a washer and dryer that will remain. The house shows well and has been an awesome place for the girls.
