Heidi did a great job of selling property that was part of an estate. The paperwork was 3 times the work since there were three family members but she was very patient with us since we all have different schedules. This sale was all done remotely. None of us lived in the area, did not really know the area, nor anyone in the area, but we found Heidi is definitely someone that you can trust to handle everything for you.
