About Me

Eric brings a unique blend of service, technology, project management, and real estate expertise to his clients throughout Central Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 1996 before earning a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Following college, Eric spent 21 years with Tyler Technologies, helping local governments implement complex software solutions. During his final 10 years with the company, he served as an Implementation Project Manager, leading large-scale projects and helping clients successfully navigate important transitions. His background in project management, communication, problem-solving, and client service provides a strong foundation for his work in real estate today.

For nearly three years, Eric has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals across Central Texas, including Temple, Belton, Killeen, Copperas Cove, and the Greater Austin area. He is known for his relationship-focused approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing clients with honest guidance and exceptional service.

Eric is an openly gay man, married to his husband, Adam Ferguson. He is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all clients and is especially dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community.

Eric is the father of two sons. This fall, his oldest will begin his freshman year at Texas A&M University — continuing the family’s Aggie tradition — and his younger son plans to follow in his brother’s footsteps in a couple of years.

When he’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you’ll likely find him spending time with family and friends, DJing melodic and progressive house music, or deep in a sourdough rabbit hole. Eric is a self-described sourdough obsessive — he runs CTX Sourdough Junkies, an active Facebook community dedicated to the art of sourdough baking — and is always finding new ways to connect with and serve his community.
